This is the per-persona mock endpoint — resolved from the token in the URL, so many demos can run at once, each with the right person. The Claude chrome and the live widget flow land next; the beats it will run:

1. 1Open in the connector — auto-type “Onboard me to Atlas”
2. 2Onboarding widget runs, “pulls in context” (runs Populate behind it)
3. 3One or two simple follow-ups, auto-answered
4. 4First-deliverable widget is presented
5. 5Accept it, then the first stage
6. 6Stage completes → deliverable-done widget
